Hawai’i Island and its beautiful people are her inspiration. “I get as much pleasure making Ti Leaf lei as I do creating a piece with precious stones.

“The Blue Sea Artisans is a sort of sanctuary for me. I’m not going to work, I’m going to joy! To be surrounded by all the talent the gallery holds is a privilege. So much of the work depicts places that I have celebrated with four generations of ‘ohana on this Island.”
